Welcome to JELLYFISH*, the Online Resource Center for Israel Studies. On this site you will find periodicals, archives, websites and other resources for Israel Studies. You'll also find links to the most relevant databases to save you time and energy when conducting research. We are continually updating this site, to make it the best toolkit possible for your online research needs.

*Jellyfish is a reference to Etgar Keret's film of the same name, as well as the sea creatures with lots of tentacles that float off the coast of Israel.



The Summer Institute for Israel Studies assists faculty in colleges and universities who have been asked to design a course in Israel Studies. Candidates from the social sciences and humanities are invited to apply.

Program Details 2013
Brandeis University, June 17th – July 1st
Israel Study Tour, July 2nd - July 11th
Travel, meals, and accommodation are covered.
